A few years ago flake salt took over the market. I love powdered because it dissolves so quickly. I hard a time finding this in stores near me but amazon came through.

The taste is everything. I wouldn’t be without this. I read recently we don’t need the iodine in our salt. I wondered if I get too much because unfortunately I use a lot. I got one of these and ordered four more as I love it that much ! The taste is more than I could hope for it gives a taste without the harshness of table salt. It’s hard to describe just how good it tastes! You would have to see for yourself. I also find I’m using less then table salt to get a great flavor so for me it’s a win win. Really love this ! I didn’t realize it had a chemical additive/kicking agent. Not natural.
