This is a great, sturdy lockable stand.The only problem was that we received the wrong model. (Wrong size tablet holder)The model was clearly displayed on the order and they simply sent the wrong one.So it was unusable and had to be returned.I gave this a good rating, since it's a good product, but the supplier did a bad job.And the problem with Amazon is that there's no way to rectify the problem other than simply returning it.We'd have liked the supplier to send us a replacement - the right model.But that was impossible. We'd have had to return the old one and re-order a new one.In fact, the part that was wrong was the tablet holder. It would have made far more sense just for the supplier to send us that bit, and we could have kept the whole base.But of course it doesn't work like that.So we didn't get to use the item that we needed at our event.The supplier didn't make any money.And time and energy was wasted shipping this thing around the country.That is the problem with Amazon. When it goes right, it all works. But when something goes wrong, it's a mess.

The product looks good, but it is missing parts, I called customer service, but they don't even have an idea, but they promote their name in the instructions, and the manual is difficult to read. Suggest to do not buy this product or ger another alternative

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this stand's powder coating. The first one I received had noticeable bumps and cracks all over the surface, which is unacceptable for the price. Hoping it was just a one-off issue, I returned it and requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the new stand had the same flaws. For the cost, I expected a much better finish. This is simply not acceptable, and I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship.

I bought 2 of the same model to mount them close together but they were different in design, one of them has holes and has screws to be fix to the ground and the other one has neither holes nor screws.

We're using this to hold an iPad for a PowerPoint presentation to be viewed by visitors to our small museum. It seems sturdy and was easy to set up--although we did have to improvise a bit to fit the new iPad. The only caution I would note is that when you close the platform for the electronic device it's a very snug fit--especially for the connection for the charging cord. Also, note: for most devices you are going to have to purchase an extra long charging cord to get down the stand and out to an outlet.

I purchased two of these floor stands to use as time clock kiosks for my staff. Upon assembling one of the stands, the key got stuck in the lock. We were able to remove the lock from the stand, however the key remains stuck in the lock. I and once of my staff members have been trying for a couple of months now to get a replacement lock and key. I have reached out to CTA digital several times and was only contacted via email once requesting a copy of my proof of purchase. I have not heard back since!!! I would expect much more that the treatment I have received.

I bought 2 stands. I like the stands but the locks broke after 4 months of use. Not happy about having a locking stand that doesn't lock.

Key got stuck inside the lock and now we can’t lock it or remove the key. The stand is heavy but the piece of junk lock ruins it.
