I often use it to relax my back and hips, and I feel like it takes care of those deep muscles that are usually hard to press on their own. The vibration of the massage gun is very strong enough, 10MM amplitude is really not a cover, it can go deep into the root of muscle soreness, every time I use it, I feel that my muscles are much more relaxed, and the tightness has disappeared.

The product is great. I use this at work and ended up buying 2 additional ones for coworkers with another one that said they bought it. The design is great and it does the trick. I bowl regilarly and use it therw as well.Unfortunately use over time and pressure seems to weaken the neck. The neck ended up breaking making it unusable.To be fair, i am a male and I get a lot of knots in my shoulders and tightness in my lower back and i likely apply more pressure on a higher setting the intended. So i cant blame the product for an operator error and use over time.Good product worth the money overall 👌

received promptly as always. suffer from severe sciatica pain, so as soon as i got this i opened charged according to the directions. couple hrs later when the light was done flashing, pulled off charger and was excited to get some relief. unfortunately, it lasted all but 2 min and then died out. tried charging again and this time it took 10 min to read full charge, again died 2 min later. tried charging a 3rd time and 10 min later read full but left on charger still for an hr. tried again and again it died 2 min later. hoping this is just a bad circumstance for battery, requested an exchange and will update this at that time.Update: received new product and works wonderfully. Charged and used and it ran the 15 min then turned off but as before it wouldn't turn back on now it does. So first product was just a defect. Great product.
