After using a towel I let my hair air dry. Not a heat fan. So when I have to go out after a shower I use these for when I put my hair up in a bun or buns. I bought some other brands and they're good but thinner and absorb fast to where you need to wring them out. And hair is still wet. These are thicker and absorb better to where you don't have to wring them out like the thinner ones. But warning if you color your hair with box dye it will stain the srunchies. Both of mine look like a red and white tie dye. Still cute. Sometimes I just tie the ends of hair with them since that's where it's heavy on the dripping.

I bought these to take with me on a scuba trip. I use the Turbie Towels to get the majority of the moisture out of my hair, and then twist the rest of it up with this scrunchie and after less than an hour my house is mostly dry. It isn't meant to completely dry your hair, but it makes a huge dent into the damp in my hair. 10/10!

These work really well as hair ties, but i’m not sure they’re super great at absorbing water. I have pretty thick and long hair and I slept in one overnight after showering, my hair only felt a little drier than it would’ve if i’d slept in a normal hair tie. Admittedly, my hair takes a really long time to dry, but I had kinda hoped this would be a miracle solution.

I like to shower at night and this is a lifesaver for keeping your pillow from getting wet when you go to bed with wet hair.

Good for wet curly long hair. I have medium curly hair and it works, but it doesn’t do much for me. When my hair was longer it was more useful.

I find they make a difference in how fast my hair air dries before I blow-dry it and it’s a nice way to keep my hair out of my face while I do my makeup or skincare routine.
