This is the best shower experience I've had. I love the push button valves with the ability to easily switch between rainfall shower head, body jets or hand wand or use any combination of the three simultaneously. The rainfall shower head water flow is fantastic, not just a sprinkle but a downpour.No matter how great the system is, the thing that most impressed me is the customer service. After installing the shower system, I discovered the body jets would not turn off using the press button valve. I removed the valve, checked for obstruction but found none. I contacted Bostingner customer service, explained the problem. They responded to me within hours to inform me they were shipping a replacement valve and then the next day, informed me they would send 3 replacement valves so I would have spares in the event any of the other three developed a problem. Top notch and beyond my expectations.The replacement valve soon arrived, and it works perfectly. Whenever I move, I'll install this same system in my new home. Love it!

When You Installing this Beautiful Shower System make sure you ask your plumber to Change to Wider Pipes! Other wise you will not get enough water pressure for your entire system. Because when you turn on all system at the same time it should have enough pressure for each element. My plumber did change the pipes and it works well! It gets enough pressure for each element. It easy to turn on, just press the button you want. The left button is for the sprayers, the middle one is for the shower, and the right one is for the extended shower. The main shower head is adjustable, make sure you ask your plumber to place at the right height! And the sprayers you can install all 4 on one side or you can install 2 on one side and 2 on another side. Good quality shower. Easy to clean! Just wipe with a cloth after each shower. Made out of metal, looks strong and durable. One one thing is hard to install. So you have to get the good plumber to do that right.

Love it, didn’t know I needed one till I got one

Purchased this a year ago and finally finished our shower. It is just what we were looking for! We were looking for a shower experience; one that would run water out of two outputs at the same time and this does exactly that! It takes a shower to a whole new spa like experience. The only complaint is that it was a bit pricey and is less now than what we paid. Now let's see how long it lasts!

We are finishing a bathroom and bought this system. Unfortunately when our plumber came we realized we needed a ceiling mount instead of a wall mount. I didn’t see that as an option on Amazon, so I reached out to the company directly and asked if they had some sort of other attachment I could purchase. They were extremely responsive and quick to reply, and sent out the ceiling mount at no extra cost.Our bathroom still isn’t finished but as soon as it is, I will add a picture. Thus far I am very happy with the quality and look of this system.Update 1: We had an issue in our basement due to flooding before we finished it and we lost a knob for the main water shut off/on valve. We contacted customer support and they again replaced the part, no questions ask. It was so generous of them and such a silver lining to a bad situation (basement flooding just before we finished it). I'm so happy with my purchase from them that I am looking at other purchases I could source through them because I love working with a company that is so concerned for their customers and bends over backwards to make sure they have everything they need!

The media could not be loaded. Received in a timely manner Installed and less than a year later shower head separated at the seam. Contacted customer service to request a replacement and they replied right away asking for a video. Sent this video… nothing since have tried contacting a few times since. No response. Very expensive and would be great if they had simply replaced it. Do not order. No service whatsoever.

In the process of renovating our bathroom. Starting to install all the plumbing necessary for the Unit. Looking forwarded to the ultimate shower experience.

Set screw missing for one of the selectors and the plate that covers the mixing valve is too small.
