I love this cream, I have super dry skin and I finally found something that works HOWEVER I couldn't help but notice this disgusting smell. It was so horrible I hold my breath while I put this face cream on. I started googling to see if anyone else complained about it and YES people do. It's like a strong rancid cheese/feces smell but it dies down once it's on your face. So needless to say the product does work, just have to put up with the smell for a few seconds. I will still use it lol

This is a great moisturizer. The consistency is just right for a night cream, it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, and my dry, flaky patches have greatly improved since I started using it. The downside, for me, is the smell. I say 'for me' because I'm beginning to think it doesn't smell bad on everyone. I've noticed that some of the reviews mention a bad smell, but nowhere near all. When I sniff the cream in the jar, it smells fine; but as soon as it comes into contact with my skin, I get an overpowering whiff of rancid cream cheese. It is truly awful. My daughter coincidentally bought the same product and she doesn't smell it; to her, it smells the same on her skin as it does in the jar. I sniffed her jar and my jar side by side and they smelled the same. It is such a strange phenomenon. Now I just have to decide if I want to continue holding my breath while I apply and allow the product to soak in, or try to find a new moisturizer....

between target and amazon i’ve been through 5-6 of these moisturizers and i love it. the reviews about the scent are wrong, people are soooo used to way overly fragrant skincare so when they get a non scented product they say it smells bad. it just smells like a plain moisturizer. i used this every night on top of the rest of my skincare and it never let me down!! never broke me out either and i have veryyy sensitive skin. i also use a light layer before makeup during the day and it makes my makeup go on so nicely. i’ve tried all the expensive products & while i do think there are some good ones, for the price this one is a amazing. especially with moisturizer i dont want to feel like i have to use it sparingly because of price point. and with this one i don’t have to!!

I like cream. A little goes a long way so I don't have to use as much product. It feels nice and absorbs very well. My skin didn't have any bad reactions to it either. The skin feels really nice. There is a smell to it, a lot of other reviews have pointed it out as well. But to me, it smells like parmesan cheese, and I like parmesan cheese so I'm not going to complain. The smell doesn't stick around long either.

This is a really great night cream. I love how it feels on my face, but it smells like a stinky wet dog. Once it’s on my face the smell is gone though. I still won’t be buying this again.

This moisturizer is amazing! So thick and hydrating without being greasy! Plus it has peptides!! I will definitely purchase again and again!

I’m approaching 50 and have drier skin. I needed a night time moisturizer, and this works just fine. The only complaint I have is the cream has an unpleasant smell, like a worn sock. Not a sweaty-gym-sock-that’s-been-in-the-gym-bag-for-a-week stink but more like a wore-socks-for-an-hour-then-took-them-off-to-air-dry scent. I’m going to guess that no fragrance was added, and I’m just smelling the raw ingredients.
