In 2015, when I relaxed my hair for the 1st time; even though the relaxer at the time was Creme of Nature, my hairdresser introduced me to Affirm/Avlon brand. I have never regretted starting to use this product. She adviced me that a lot of people think it's expensive when compare to other brands, but the truth is it's gentle on the scalp and don't over process the hair even if it's in for more than 15mins. As you know over processing can caused hair breakage. When relaxing hair at home, always remember to use a neutralizer/normalizer shampoo after relaxing to strip the hair. Some people don't and use the regular shampoo and then complains that the product damages the hair. I use this relaxer with Keracare shampoo, conditioner & glossifier ( for moisture) because they are sulphate free. Once hair keeps moisturized it reduces shredding. This means that the hair will not break as much when compare to other shampoos & conditioners. I love this product!!

No problem at all with the product. Be careful with the way it is advertised. I bought from this seller because I thought the package had 12 kits. It is a 9 kit, they count the activator, measuring cup, and stick as 3 pieces of the set! I could have gotten it for less. My fault for not paying attention.
