Worked well for my sacroiliac joint problem
I was having sacroiliac joint problems and this seat was part of my therapy. I think it has been very helpful. I still use it even though my joint problem is improved.

comfy
Although this cushion works great on any chair or the couch I had a hard time with it while driving my car. The way I had to sit gave me a back ache. Maybe because it is so thick? It worked great on my riding mower

Lumpy feel
Returned, feels lumpy, cushion needs to be longer front to back, no side support.Went with Cushion Lab product. Better feel, provides side support. Side to side & front to back dimensions are the same.

Ischial pillow too hard
For my pain the holes aren’t quite long or wide enough. And the edges of the holes are way too sharp and hard .

Great travel cushion
Just took this cushion on a work trip, and it worked great for the car. It’s nice that it folds up and has a carrying handle, so it’s easy to attach to my backpack or suitcase. I get nerve pain flare ups when I travel and this helped a lot in the car where there isn’t much support with the seats. I also used it in my hotel room chair. Worked great for all applications.I was carrying around my full size tailbone pillow for travel and this is so much easier to maneuver.

Compared 4 different cushions: Cushy Tushy, iHealth Fix, Janemiri, Aylio
Pros & Cons of 4 different cushions:Cushy Tushy – ONE side is much softer than the other. Sinks down on right side so you lean sideways. Softest, very comfortable, travel foldable. Maybe too mushy for decent back support. Poorly made.Janemiri – Holes way too far apart even with adjustable strap. Curves make alignment even tougher. Might work for larger size person.Aylio – about same density/firmness as iHealth, but holes are bigger so easier to line them up without thinking about it. Keeper.iHealth Fix – Firm cushion. Small holes mean you have to make sure you're on target. Aylio is better but more expensive. iHealth second best.

Not 100% but pretty close
I bought this because of pain down my right leg when I’m driving any distance or sitting awhile in a not well padded chair. It doesn’t stop that from happening entirely, but I can drive so much farther and sit so much longer than before. Now I need to get a second one so I can keep one in my car all the time and one where I sit to use my computer. Yeah, I like mine a lot.Update: I've had both of them a month and a half, and I just realized a day or so ago that I don't get pain down my leg anymore. My sit bone was really sore when I first started using these, so I guess it had time for the irritation to go away, and now I am even happier I got these. I was beginning to think my days of car trips were over.
