This is small size capsule of fish oil containing 1000 mg of fish oil and to be accurateEPA - 360 mgDHA - 240 mgby consuming 2 capsules a day.Its is basically beginner level fish oil or if you want to buy it for your body compatibility.This fish oil product is sourced from Sardines and Anchovies, so its good and better source for fish oil and also it doesn't cause smelly fish oil burps.In a nutshell, completely satisfied with the product and now i will test the regular fish oil of neuherbs.
