How do you clean the cutting board?

I just wipe it down with dishsoap and water.

Can it be used for cutting food ?

It is a cutting board. but I don't use it for that. Some foods can permeate wood.

What is the total height of board and feet together? I need to see what the total height is for clearance.

BOV670BSS with cutting board is slightly short of 10 3/4 inch. Board alone is a tight 1 3/16- basically 1 1/4 inches.
