Outstanding protein supplement that can be taken without breaking a fast. Easy to digest.Both my husband and I take this; we are in our 60s and find getting adequate protein without extra calories is difficult. This helps greatly.

As soon as I opened the bottle - it smells rotten and gross. I’m not sure what would cause this or if it’s normal? I ordered the tablets instead of the powder hoping to avoid the off putting taste. As soon as these pills hit my tongue, I can’t get water in my mouth and then swallowed quick enough. I don’t have issues with pills, these just taste so bad immediately. They are not able to be returned. It’s unfortunate because I’ve tried the unflavored powder and now the tablets and both actually do have an awful taste.
