Pretty, feminine, but sturdy
I got this watch to replace a 20yr old Seiko, so I was pretty picky. I like the feminine look of this, the smaller design, and the adjustable band. I selected this face because I need markings or something to find the time (not just 12 and a couple dots!) and the silver on white was a soft, not-too-bold look that would go with everything. I do have to say that the non-boldness that I love is also a downside once in a while if the lighting is off because it can very occasionally be a bit harder to read. If I had to read it all the time for work, nursing, or whatever, I'd probably get the "easy to read" one. But I'm very happy with this one.

Finally found an adjustable metal band
I've been looking for a small (but not tiny) analog watch with a metal band that I could easily adjust, a second hand and minute marks. This one fits all of those requirements. My whole life, I've worn leather (or cheap vinyl) bands because I apparently have a very narrow wrist. I've tried other metal bands, but have always required a tool or a jeweler to adjust them and still they flop around. This one I can adjust with only a tiny screwdriver to pop the clamp open. The size of the face was also a requirement because of the size of my wrist. Anything larger than 25 mm (~1") just looks silly on me, like I'm a child wearing my daddy's watch. I'm way too old for that look. I need the second hand and the minute marks for work. I need precision not estimations. I know, a digital watch would give me precion, but I HATE digital watches. The only thing I wish it had is either the Indiglo light or glow in the dark dots so I can read it in the dark. That's not worth a star. This has almost all that I could want AND it's pretty. Glad I finally found it.

I'd give it 5 stars if the crown was easier to pull out!
I love Timex watches in general, but was surprised that this one had a crown that was so difficult to pull out, that I had to use mini pliers. But once I got the correct time, I pushed it back in, and dread when I will have to change the time again when they change the clocks. It was not worth the hassle of returning, since the price was so good, and I used my Amazon points, so it technically didn't even cost me anything. But the watch works great otherwise, keeping great time. I also love the elegant band, which is easy to adjust.

Nice watch, dead battery.
Watch face has a subtle herringbone pattern that is unique and interesting. Moving the adjustable fastener is easy, but there's no way to remove excess material from the band, so people with small wrists will end up with a few inches of extra band wrapped around the wrist. Unfortunately, this watch arrived with a nearly-dead battery, started losing time, and stopped completely ~5 weeks after purchase (just AFTER the return window closed, of course). I replaced the battery and it runs fine now, but if you purchase this watch be prepared to spend another $15 for a new battery within a month. UPDATE: Six months later and the watch is dead again.

Exceeds expectations; great price.
I gave up wearing Timex watches years ago because their quality had deteriorated so badly. Then Timex went bankrupt, and another company purchased the Trademark. In the meantime, I switched to Skagen watches and used them for many years. My most recent Skagen watch failed shortly before a vacation, and I bought this watch to tide me over, figuring I would buy a better watch haver the vacation. The Timex turned out to be a better buy than a similar-looking Skagen purchased at the same time. It has been keeping accurate time for over a month. I have big wrists, and am pleased that it has a longer wrist band than the Skagens with similar stainless steel bands bought in receint years, and is therefore more comfortable. The Skagen I purchased at the same time is slightly easier to read than the similarly-sized Timex, but not enough to be worth the extra $60 in price.

Adjust the wrist band
I like this watch because it was inexpensive and will match all clothing. The wrist band was a bit difficult to adjust without a flat nose jewelry pliers. It sometimes doesn't latch all that well. Maybe because I'm in a rush.
