Johnny's French Dip Concentrated Au Jus Sauce, 8 oz

As someone who grew up on and LOVES French Dips (roast beef dips) – it is almost near to impossible to find them in restaurants. In addition, they’re pretty expensive. And, while there are “au jus” sauces or mixes out there (mostly “dry packets”) – they lack that “quality” found in an actual restaurant.This stuff is “restaurant quality”. According to the website –“Johnny’s French Dip Au Jus Concentrate is our original restaurant recipe. Unlike powdered au jus mixes, Johnny’s French Dip Au Jus combines red wine vinegar, tomato paste, onions, garlic and Worcestershire sauce to tenderize and marinate your meat bringing out its full beef flavor in every bite.”This stuff is amazing! And, of course the less you dilute, the better it is.I usually pair it with Dietz & Watson’s London Broil, on a Jimmy John’s French roll. The quality is amazing. This is the ONLY au jus sauce I will use. Not only is it affordable to make one’s own French dip, but they’re also high quality.

This product can be added to a gravy or sauce. Dribble a little into a casserole, pour over roast beef sandwich. Add ti a hambrger. Use it to extend or make juice for a roast. Dribble on meatloaf to keep it moist. Dilute or use as is for full flavor. It has been sometimes hard to find in local groceries, so I am delighted to have located a source.

Our go-to product for French Dip sandwiches. Rich flavor and not too salty. The price at Amazon Fresh was much better than the every day price at the local grocery. (About the same as the sale price at local grocer.) No need to wait for it to go on special!

Make sure you dilute with water and it taste good

Used this to let grilled hamburgers marinate for a few minutes after cooking!!! Was incredible!!! Will be ordering much more for summer months!!
