Fish Oil is a must have for all gym Person. An essential part of my diet i have one pill daily after dinner. Its the best fish oil in the price range. 1000 mg capsules generally are a bit expensive but this is pure value for money. The pill size is a bit large. The product not in triglyceride but in ethyl ester form
3 weeks ago I bought this fish oil thinking that it was in the triglyceride form as shown in the last part of the video at the top of this page. But there's no effect till date I rechecked the specifications in the same page today. As the last point it is shown that the fish oil is in the ethy ester form which is more like a synthetic type and the bioavailability is very less. I'm quoting from the net about the difference between the two."Fish oil omega-3s come in triglyceride (TG) and ethyl ester (EE) forms; TG is natural, while EE is a manufactured form, and some studies suggest TG has better absorption and bioavailability than EE. "Now I feel cheated as you have given me the EE version 😭I will never buy from you any product from you.
