Godinger PAGODA SALT & PEPPER SET

I've just bought my second set of these delightful and beautiful shakers. Did I mention 'unique' ? I will agree with the other reviewer that mentioned the thinness of the plastic stopper. Yes it is but...... how often do you really need to pull it out. Probably wise to treat it gently when doing so. But, honestly these are very special. I will have 2 sets on my Thanksgiving table and I'm sure they will draw a comment or two.

I purchased the pagoda salt and pepper set as a gift for my mother, who recently bought a new dining room set. It's a beautiful set, with good weight, clarity in color and has intricate carved detailing. The description provided on Amazon was accurate and helped me purchasing the set.If you like a little asian influence, this is a perfect accent to any dining table. I plan to purchase the large pagoda box at some point in the future as a follow up gift.

Really wanted to like these but mine came chipped in places also I just was disappointed with the quality of the stopper on the bottom literally it was just a piece of thin plastic that would normally be used for packaging.Had to return because of the damageThe shaker it’s self is beautiful and has some weight to it.

Wife loves these. They are attractive and sturdy. They are as described by seller.

Small but very lovely set. Very attractive design. I now have 3 pairs.

Please don't waist your money, this product is trash. the cap/plug where you put the salt or peper is a cheap pice of plastic, you can't see the holes on the top,every time you want to use them you have to look closely the get the salt/peper out... again if you want to waist your $20 dollars this the rigth product for you.

These little crystal salt & peppers are pretty and unique. Others have complained about the plugs. I experienced a problem with them the very first time I filled the shakers. The thin plastic plug warped a bit and would not seal the filling hole. I couldn't risk having all the contents spilling out on the table or on someone's plate. To solve the problem, I didn't use the plugs. I sealed the bottom of the filled shakers with a piece of clear shipping tape. Problem solved!

I bought this lead crystal set along with the Pagoda lead crystal box to match my Blue Willow pattern dinnerware set. They look like they were made for Churchill to match the pattern. Perfect. I feel perfectly safe using lead crystal for salt and pepper. I generally leave the pagoda box empty and just let the light refract from the lead. Sometimes I will use it for dinner mints.
