I like these for traveling and hot days. Watermelon is my favorite flavor, but I do like some of the other flavors as well. This brand dissolves well in tepid water. Sometimes I mix it with metamucil or benefiber, and it doesn't change the taste too much. These electrolytes are great when sick, or overworked. I gave some to a co-worker that was going home sick and looked feeble, and he claimed he felt it gave him a little burst of energy. He was really happy to use it until he felt better, and he liked the taste.

This is an excellent product. Have used many flavors. Really like the lemonade. Take it to keep hydrated and it works. I avoided a hospital stay from a kidney infection since I was so well hydrated. I drink a lot of pain water too but know that Ultima keeps my body where it needs to be. And it tastes good. No after taste.

I really like the product for its health benefits and I like the flavors. However, twice now, I lost half a bottle of powder because it caked up solid despite always being closed tight. I always kept the moisture absorbing packet in the bottle. Our house is air conditioned and has low humidity, so there is no excuse for this. I tried the individual packets and they work well, but they are twice the price.

I love the Ultima brand! I’ve tried their individual sticks but have now found the flavors I enjoy the most to keep in a container at home. They give me the perfect pick me up and this container has a great number of servings but small enough to store. I’m drinking so much more water which helps with overall heath including making me feel great and increasing my focus throughout the day!

Good value! Ten servings more for the money than the sticks. Good flavor, not too salty. Has helped with hydration with daily use. My only complaint is the scoop size is as big as the opening of a standard disposable water bottle, making it difficult to pour in without spillage. Better for cup or larger water bottle use.
