My Primary Care MD recommended this Zofore Sport brace set to mitigate Golfer's Elbow. This has turned out to be an ideal suggestion. Btw, I'm not a golfer; I'm a guitar player currently suffering from right forearm pain and inflammation.Zofore's slim, adjustable elbow brace is an apt solution. Its slight pressure applied to the forearm muscles fools the muscles into letting go and relaxing, but happily, you don't have to set the strap portion so tight that it cuts off circulation. Evidencing quality workmanship and materials, the Zofore Sport brace is designed with both comfort and support in mind, thanks to the foam cushioning on the gel compression pad and supple stretchiness of the band. It's a great value for the price, and all the more so as the package includes a set of 2 identical forearm braces. I'm really glad I went with my Primary Care's recommendation, as wearing the Zofore brace has already begun to reduce my soreness and inflammation and provide forearm and hand support since its arrival only yesterday. I was likewise impressed that the product arrived the day after I'd placed the order, so kudos to Amazon as well!

I got the 2 pack. Helps like it should. Relieves the pressure and pain. Helps support the tendon when you use your arm. Its small and much cooler feeling than a whole stretch band or brace. Adjustable straps and easy to put on and adjust. The inside green part is a little more padded and thick to help apply that pressure. I can wear this all day long without it bothering me. If outside in heat it will be a little sweaty but not bad at all. Great arm band for Tennis elbow.

I love pickleball, but after playing so much, I started experiencing elbow pain. This brace significantly alleviates the discomfort during my games. I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with similar elbow issues

I think I actually had golf elbow and tennis elbow on my left arm, due to an injury acquired while doing some volunteer work. This brace worked well enough, but it only alleviated half of the pain. I had a flat wrap brace without the pressure pad at home that seemed to work better for my injury. I would still recommend this product because it does work and is made well with quality materials. It just didn't work well for my purpose. Keeping one at home and one in my toolbox at work, just in case.

Had a medication reaction that caused tendinitis all over my body and very little has helped me deal with the terrible pain and dysfunction. The worst pain would happen while turning my hand at the wrist with my arm in a certain position. I'd get a sharp pain in my elbow when setting down a cup of coffee after taking a sip, for example, I couldn't scratch my ear, driving was horrible.So it was amazing that just putting this band on my arm has made such a difference. I still have an awareness of my crummy tendons but it's definitely tolerable compared to the pain. It seems to have an ongoing effect for me in that the pain doesn't return when I take the band off.I thought I would want a thicker, softer pad in the band but obviously the manufacturer knows better and I don't even think about the pad once it's on.The band is adjustable on both ends which makes fitting it super easy.I'd call finding this band a life-changing event. I bought bands for my knees too with the same results. Now I need to find bands for the rest of my tendons!

Works pretty well and I like the soft material. Much more comfortable than the braces I have that are hard plastic lined with neoprene. Those I can only use with a shirt underneath or they get all sweaty. As a bonus (depending on your knee size), they can also double as knee/patellar straps. Only thing that would bump it to 5 star rating would be if there were something inside the padding that was a little firmer so it could apply a little more pressure
