You really have to pay attention to the sequence of assembly, but the results are worth it. Parts fit together well, the wood is laser cut and with care there are no breakages! glue is not very good, I recommend UHU general purpose clear glue (also available on Amazon!). No parts missing, and it represents good value. Looks fantastic with the lights on. The lights are a bit tricky to connect - I used heat shrink rather than tape. A gift for the patient model builder.

Me and my girlfriend bought this as something to do together. The build was quite fun as you have to hand craft all the little pieces yourself, the build took around 4 days of continuous crafting as we had some time to get it done. I would say for someone thinking of buying this for themselves it may be quite a time consuming project but it will defiantly pay off. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is purely because the instructions could be a little difficult to read at time with allot going on in one step and the need for more than the included glue as I'm sure the glue provided would have done the job I used super glue and UV resin to aid some areas of the build. The instructions list all the tools you'll need although these are not included. Over all we had allot of fun building this and it looks great on out shelf.

Fantastic quality - immediately obvious upon opening the box, and wonderfully detailed. I was so impressed I have just ordered one of the others in the range!

Instructions were easy to follow. The wooden pieces had slots to fix them together which I found a help. Very intricate little model pieces that looked great when made up. Only probem was that the wooden pieces were still affixed to the wooden sheets and were sometimes difficult to get out without damaging them.

Fantastic set daughter-in-law loved it

Just starting out with putting this together and I am very disappointed by the quality of the parts - it will mean the finished piece won't be good - they don't even include stickers (where they should have printed wood or added wooden details) and sticking thin paper to thin wood is cheap and nasty - also the glue provided does not stick metal parts but the instructions is to do just that - I am very disappointed with this purchase and have bought much better in the price range - I won't be buying from this company again.

This Magic Treasure House is beautiful and I've enjoyed every minute making it. The only downside I've found is when I was fabricating it all towards the end, it shoes a music box in the instructions but mine didn't come with one. Other than that, it's beautiful
