Can this glue be used on balloons?

I'm sure that will work. The glue dries clear. I have only used it on fabric and yarn but it can be used for different applications.

Would this work to stick fake flowers to MdF wood please?

I would say so at the back of the bottle it says very sticky for fast hold slow dry, perfect for all silk, paper, wood, trimmings, and household work, designed also to stick variable surfaces such as china, metal, polystyrene, glass, craft work, heat bonds fabrics, if used between two fabrics and ironed unaffected by cold or heat dries clear and flexible ,can be thinned with water I just use it for card making and I like it a lot so I hope that helps
