Good product
This tea is great and really settles gut and works on reflux. However I have never successfully used the teabag again - either the bag has burst or it’s incredibly weak. Advertised as being able to be reused 3 times. With only one use, this is an expensive buy

Ok, but not really my cup of tea
I bought this tea to try to help with acid reflux caused by erosive gastritis, as my usual cuppa, peppermint, can apparently make symptoms worse. This tea tasted ok but it's not really for me and I didn't notice it making much difference to my symptoms. For that, I would recommend prescription drugs.

Mainly peppermint, fragile teabags, mushy leaves
Nice individually wrapped tea bags which produce a mildly liquorice flavour tea. The actual tea inside the bag is very fine, gets instantly mushy and escapes through the walls of the teabag. The teabag is incredibly fragile and almost disintegrates on its own. The most concerning part, however, is the fact that its main ingredient is peppermint. Peppermint is known to relax the LES valve, which is exactly what you don’t want if you have reflux, so I wouldn't recommend it for acid reflux sufferers.
