I’ve struggled with GERD for years and tried everything from prescription meds to dietary changes. I was surprised to see that this loose tea did what it intended. It is made to help ease heartburn and other indigestion issues and it works. Please note that it is a loose tea that you put in teabags that a company it definitely worth the price.

I've only made two cups so far but I think it did help my GERD symptoms last night. The taste isn't super strong, which is good because I'm not a huge fan of a fennel/licorice flavor. It's more like an earthy camomile tea. It doesn't need honey and I've had it with a little and without, equally good. I wish it came in actual tea bags for convenience though they do supply with you with some in the package. Following another reviewer I tried using a tea bag more than once (i.e. refilling it but reusing the actual bag only) and it's a little harder to fill but possible and would mean you don't have to get additional bags or a tea infuser if you don't have one. Curious to see if on regular use it affects GERD symptoms.

Very good tea. Not a cure for Gerd, but helps as an addition

This tea is terrible! With my first sip of this tea my stomach started hurting in the lower intestine and now 5 hrs later it is still aching so badly I can't eat dinner. I am hoping that this severe pain in my stomach will pass soon.

I bought it to help my reflux at night and not only did not work, but when I did research, some of the herbs were not healthy for you, I do believe in herbal teas. This just didn’t work for me.

I'm weaning myself off Omeprazole, and this tea really helps. I like the flavor and it has a hint of sweet, so I don't usually add honey.

Really works and tastes good! Calms my tummy right down.
