Fast, sleek, love the feel, an amazing buy
I bought this laptop for use in my new home-based business. My old computer was slow. This one is amazingly fast, and I love that it has Windows 10 Pro. I have seen this same computer listed at Walmart for $1500, and this computer has everything I need. Setup and update was the fastest and easiest I have ever experienced on any computer.I have only had this for a few days, so I'm sure I will discover even more features as time goes by, but for now, here are my favorite things about this computer.<ul><li>It works flawlessly with a second monitor hooked up to it</li><li>It has a 10-key option built into the keyboard. If you hold down the Fn button on the left side of the keyboard, you can use the 10-key function with your right hand. I thought about attaching a second keyboard to this so I would have 10-key, but now I don't have to. </li><li>The power cord plugs into the back instead of into the side, which just works out better for me. </li><li>This computer is lightning fast. I can have 10 or more open tabs on my web browser, and it doesn't slow down a bit! </li><li>I don't know what it is about it, but the touchpad just feels nicer and seems easier to use. The surface of the touch pad and the area around it is textured. Maybe this is what makes it easier. Also, the buttons are where you can see them, rather than hidden within the touch pad. </li><li>Mine does have a backlit keyboard, but do be aware that this is a luck-of-the-draw feature. Not all of these will have that. </li><li>The battery life seems to be really long. I have not used it away from my desk much, but during the few times that I have left it unplugged for a few hours, I noticed very little drain on the battery compared to my old laptop.</li><li>The picture is very high-quality. I have a second monitor hooked up to it, which is also brand new, and other than the monitor being larger, I do not discern any difference in the picture quality.</li></ul>I will say it would have been nice if it had a touch-screen, but with all this laptop's good features and qualities, I adapted very quickly to not having a touchscreen.I am sure there are a lot of other things to love about this laptop, which I will discover over time. I will keep updating this review as I find more awesome features. I was a little nervous about getting a refurbished computer, but I am so glad I did. I never could have gotten this caliber of a computer within my budget, and it is what I needed. This is the best investment I have made into my new business so far.I use this computer for office and business-related tasks. I put it through a pretty good load with a lot of multitasking during use, in ways my old laptop could not tolerate. It seems to have the resources to handle everything I throw at it. I was thinking I would just buy a lower-cost laptop for now, then get a more expensive one once I get my business off the ground, but this one is a keeper!I do not know how this would perform for gaming, as I am not a gamer and have never tried any gaming. I just know it has everything I wanted in a laptop for business needs. If you need a computer for work or just for general everyday use, I highly recommend this one.

Couldn't be happier
I got this refurbished or 'used' with some hesitation but trusted positive reviews about the seller, and I couldn't be happier. This worked straight out of the box - hit power button, operating system loaded and ready to go. It's plenty fast for me which is email, surfing web and streaming, that's really about all I use or need it for. I will agree with others the battery is lousy, don't know if it came semi-depleted or they're just lousy batteries, but I've had this for a year and I'm lucky if it lasts an hour. Just ordered replacement. But will say after a year of use no issues with the laptop itself, which came in for around $175 as I recall. I bought the purchase protection plan for 2 years just in case, maybe another $40 but touch wood have no needed it. I'd say buy with confidence.

Decent Windows 10 Pro refurbished machine at a good price.
This refurbished laptop was bought to run legacy software (Windows 10 only) to service transportation equipment. The unit was in good shape and contained all of the hardware and software as advertised. The unit was clean and well-covered with a refurbishment film that hides any marks on the case and improves handling. The battery was in good condition (rare for a refurb. laptop) and provided at least two hours operation. A new (surprise) Dell AC adapter/charger was included. The external connections all worked and the unit was efficient for my purposes. The shipping box/packing was excellent. The unit was made in 2017 but the listing said 2019. This does not appear to affect its performance. Good value.

Total Junk
As they say, you get what you pay for. Having said that, I would have been fine with a laptop that was a little slower or had less space than a new one. I didn't need anything spectacular. I did, however, expect it to work. I have had this one a little over a year and only used it a handful of times. It hasn't turned on for the past 6 months. When it arrived, it was packaged very well and looked brand new. Now with very little use, the touch-up paint they applied to make it look new has just wiped off. This thing was very slow from the start and the battery charge time was very minimal. It would die after about 20 min of use. Now it won't even boot. I would say, save up a few hundred more dollars and buy a new base laptop instead of wasting your money on this junk. Any cheap, newer laptop would be faster and stay charged longer than this one ever did, and hopefully it would not stop working after 6 months. It would at least have a warrantyif it did.

Dell Latitude e7470 - Refurbished - Solid performer.
Received the unit and there was a minor issue that was taken care of by the company immediately. Great laptop and continues to work and function as expected. I would buy another unit/laptop if I needed to from this company.

Great value!
It said 16 gb ddr4 ram. It is only 8 gb. The condition and operation is outstanding. The hardware and software would cost several hundred dollars brand new (conservative estimate I'm thinking). Couldn't be happier.

Sweet little laptop
The is a really nice little laptop was lifecycled out before it had to many hours on it (my opinion). Upon arrival and setup in noticed issues with the touch pad causing the mouse to freeze when it was plugged into AC. I updated BOIS and drivers etc. Nothing would resolve this. I took a chance on a $19 replacement AC Adaptor I bought here on Amazon and that fixed it. All and all TC of $170 for this laptop is still an awesome price. The AC Adapter I bought is: IEFUU 65 Watt Dell Laptop Charger』Input: 100-240V, 50-60Hz~1.5A | Output: 19.5V-3.34A | Power: 65W | 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐢𝐳𝐞: Round Tip 𝟕.𝟒*𝟓.𝟎 𝐦𝐦 (Interior diameter: 5.0 mm - External diameter: 7.4mm).

Definitely refurbished.
It’s a good computer. And runs fine. It’s just not all the keys push down correctly and don’t register unless you tap them really hard. Along with a few other minor things.
