I think these are intended to be an appetite suppressant, but it is just filling for a while for me and not so much as good at appetite suppression. It is still quite helpful in weightloss or maintenance of weight. The Apple flavor is delicious and tastes incredibly so much like apples and the package also says it is only 3 calories, big wins! LolThe watermelon flavor has a slight cabbage type of taste to me, unless it was a bad batch.Thank you.

Good, but I like another brand better
I just in general prefer the Rawel ones - I think they have more flavor and taste a bit less artificial, but these are good too!I got the Apple flavor which most people think is one of the better ones, and while it's an okay snack, it's just not as good in my opinion. Keep in mind that I also grew up on Asian yogurt bottles like Yakult, so I am probably biased.I'm not knocking these though - there aren't too many options for Konjac jelly snacks on Amazon so I think it's still good for what it is.

Delicious & a good quick snack!
The flavor is great without the artificial or overly sugary taste of other fruity pouch drinks I have had before. Definitely recommend the for something in-between meals for a snack.

The taste is on point!
I love this product, being on keto its hard some days to find a good treat that just requires you to open a package. It taste like your eating a goodness to real Fuji apple in jello form! I have two other flavors to try a watermelon and peach. If this apple is great then I have no doubts that other two will be just as good if not better. Its always a plus when a sweet dessert also has fiber and is really filling. Thumbs up from me! =D

Yummy snack
Of the konjac drinks available on Amazon (that I have found thus far), this brand and flavor are the ones I enjoy the most. Compared to other brands, this brand has a lot fewer calories and WAY less sugar. The flavor is light and tasty (apple) and is a great, quick snack, especially on the go. Doesn't need to be refrigerated unless opened so it's great to take on hikes, etc.
