I think these are intended to be an appetite suppressant, but it is just filling for a while for me and not so much as good at appetite suppression. It is still quite helpful in weightloss or maintenance of weight. The Apple flavor is delicious and tastes incredibly so much like apples and the package also says it is only 3 calories, big wins! LolThe watermelon flavor has a slight cabbage type of taste to me, unless it was a bad batch.Thank you.

Delicious, convenient, and full of good stuff!

It’s a nice low calorie snack that should keep you full for a little while! I got it in the apple flavor which is pretty good! Personally to me it tastes like apple juice with a slight herbal flavor to it. I didn’t expect the herbal flavor but it’s not bad. Overall, I like it and would try it again in other flavors as well!

I just in general prefer the Rawel ones - I think they have more flavor and taste a bit less artificial, but these are good too!I got the Apple flavor which most people think is one of the better ones, and while it's an okay snack, it's just not as good in my opinion. Keep in mind that I also grew up on Asian yogurt bottles like Yakult, so I am probably biased.I'm not knocking these though - there aren't too many options for Konjac jelly snacks on Amazon so I think it's still good for what it is.

I seen some pictures with mold which made me hesitant to buy this product but I purchased the apple and the peach and cut open both packets to check and mine were in perfect condition 👍🏾 Loved the taste of these and they really kept me full and “regular” while eating these for a snack and cravings when wanting something sweet 👍🏾 I can’t wait to purchase again 💕👏🏾

i love these so much! very filling when consumed while drinking water and taste just fine. i say the taste is only fine because it tastes what i imagine diet apple juice would taste like with a heavy taste of artificial sweetener, though it is bearable.
