I use large or extra large ,personally. But, you can use any size in the "Henrietta".

Q: I have had mine for over 20 years, now she leaks her chirp is gone and she isn't cooking the eggs correctly anymore :-( what can I do?

After 20 years is just get another one. They're relatively cheap. I love mine.
