After saving the life of Chinese nobility, Earl Grey gave a tea with a citrus flower that is traditionally known as Tai Chi Ta. Tea salons across Europe have been reproduced this blend by "scenting" aromatic oils and tea from Bergamot Orange in Italy. This is how timeless tea is born.
