This is a very good protein in my opinion; after drinking it, I don't have any stomach bloating and it digests easily. I can also see that my body and nails are glowing and growing, and I get instant energy. I also occasionally add it to my banana shake because it tastes deliciously chocolate. Tastes great but the calories per serving says 400 calories !!!!!! Am not sure about the protein content but this is very high calorie and 59 carbs per serving is crazy. May help with weight gain but not for those who are trying to lose some.

No added sugar, but it tastes like a treat! The powder smells like real cocoa, and the smooth texture is a delight to sip shakes with.
