Would they be alright stuck to kitchen tiles, they wouldn't pull the tiles off the wall if you needed to remove them?

I’ve stuck a couple in the bathroom (tiled) to keep wires tidy, had to take one off to move and it came off really nicely. used the tiniest bit of olive oil to help pry it off, no damage left. :)
