Lovely cream but perfumed
Love this cream, very moisturising, skin feels lovely and smooth. The only down fall is this has perfume in it and if you have very dry skin or put on after shaving it stings alot!!

2nd purchase of this this lovely moisturiser. Smells like baby powder! Absorbs quickly, non greasy and leaves skin soft and supple. Huge bottle and great value.

Low urea percentage but best price
Great product for softening and moisturising. But I was disappointed it didn’t help me with my KP/ strawberry legs (which is what I purchased it for). I guess the urea concentration of 10% is not high enough. However you get so much product (950ml) and it is the cheapest option on Amazon or boots.

Damaged product on arrival
Not happy with the purchase. Soon as I opened the box the cap is broken. When I try to do a return or replacement it says it is not eligible. I have been sent a damaged good but not eligible to return or refund???
