I have super sensitive skin and I'm allergic to red dye, which is an ingredient in so many face products. I've tried so many high end lotions and potions to end up red, blotchy and peeling so I decided to try this red light face mask to help my dull skin and the fine lines that I'm getting.The mask is made of quality flexible materials that are comfortable to wear and the design covers my whole face. I seem to have the most issues on my forehead and around my eyes.The lights are pretty bright, I mostly use the red and the combination of red-blue. It's pretty easy to use, put it on and sit back and close your eyes for 10 minutes. It was hard to watch TV or wear it during work but it's so relaxing to just sit back for 10 minutes. I use it on my lunch break and count that time as stress relief.I've been using it for a little over a week and feel like I'm starting to see some reduction on the lines, they're a little less noticeable and I think with the recommended time of about 4 weeks it will make a more noticeable difference.This is a great way for people with super sensitive skin to take care of the little signs of aging and I'm hoping to purchase a second one for my daughter to see how the blue light helps her acne since she also struggles with using any products on her skin. Overall a great purchase!

I’ve been using this since before Christmas, and want to share my feedback. My face is 42, and I can’t deny the fact I don’t have as much collagen as I did in the early 2000s. I take my skin care very seriously, and wanted to level it up by employing a led light mask.I considered the other big brand names, like Current Body/Omnilux. Shelling out $500 plus for something that won’t last wasn’t doable for me. The problem is the batteries wear out after a few years, and when it will no longer charge it’s game over.With this, you have the option to purchase a replacement remote control battery pack for only $20. That’s much more affordable than having to buy a new led mask at $500 a pop every three years. I intend to purchase one myself so I have a backup. I’m confident, I’ll get seven or more years from this unit.Now I’m going to do a deep dive on the safety considerations. Led light therapy unfortunately is not for everyone, this is per the manufacturer’s safety guidelines. If this describes you, this unit won’t work for you. If you’re pregnant/breastfeeding, or planning to be, taking medication that may cause photosensitivity, affected by genetic eye/skin diseases, affected by lupus,erythematosus, photosensitive eczema do not use. If you’re beautifully unique with albinism, this mask will not work for you per the manufacturer’s guideline’s.When you first use it, you’ll want to turn it on and put it on your arm to test if your skin will tolerate the light treatment. My skin is fair, and reasonably oily. I had no adverse reactions on using.I know I’m getting amazing results. I’ve even had coworkers ask me if I’m getting Botox injections. I’ve had countless compliments on how good my glowy face looks. Most people who don’t know me guess my age to be my early to mid twenties. These days, I’ll take what I can get.This mask offers you more bang for your buck with the multiple light functions. The blue light mode helps reduce rosacea, and acne. I like that, because I still can break out sometimes. This targets inflammation. The other red light mode. This is the one I use more. It promotes growth of collagen, thus minimizing the appearance of lines, and wrinkles. If you get a $500 Omnilux mask, it only treats acne or aging. Sure you could buy both masks and be out over $1000. This doesn’t make you choose, as it gives you both benefits. The red and blue light mode performs a hybrid of both.Overall, if you’re looking to dip your toe into the world of led light therapy without spending an exorbitant amount of money than look no further. I’m so thrilled with my results, and you will be to.

I've been using this mask for approximately two weeks now, so I can not attest to the long term benefits to my skin. However, the main reason I was interested in this product was it's potential to help me deal with seasonal depression. In that instance, I can say I am already seeing results!Our daylight hours are getting quite short here in the north and the weather is often cold and overcast. I normally start to feel lethargic and down at this time of year. In the past I've taken an antidepressant, just over the winter months, to feel better. It was only minimally successful. I've been reading about red light therapy for treating this issue and I decided to give it a try.Disclaimer: I was not currently taking an antidepressant when I started this and I'm definitely NOT suggesting that anyone should replace their medication with this mask. Obviously, you should consult your doctor about changes in treatment, not an Amazon review!The directions recommend starting off with testing it on your arm in case of skin sensitivity, which I did. It is very gentle. I then used it for 10 minutes in the morning for a week, and I am now doing 20 minutes. I recommend doing some research on red light therapy for seasonal depression, as this product is not specifically marketed for that purpose and it is not covered in the instructions. That said, the instructions are very clear and easy to understand for the purpose of skin care that it is being marketed for.I use it first thing in the morning to help me wake up. It feels just slightly warm, like morning sunshine hitting your face. You can do other things with the mask on but I prefer to just relax with my eyes closed. It helps clear away the sluggish feeling I used to get on a dark, cloudy morning and is a really great start to the day. I've noticed a marked improvement in my mood and energy throughout the day since I've been doing this, especially on days when I am not able to spend very much time outside.As for the quality of the product itself, I am very, very impressed!It functions flawlessly and lasts a long time on a single charge.The remote is very easy to use and turns off automatically when the treatment is done. It doesn't feel flimsy or cheap.The silicone layer between the lights and your skin makes it comfortable to wear and very easy to clean.The fit is comfortable, secure, and adjustable for every size head.It comes with a silky, black, drawstring bag for storage.The box is classy looking, sturdy, and has a magnetic closure. I will definitely be repurposing it, since I am using the drawstring bag for storing my mask.It also comes with a terry cloth headband and charging cord. They have thought of everything you will need!I wholeheartedly recommend this product. In a very short time I feel that it has had a positive effect on my sense of wellbeing, in what is usually a difficult season for me. I recommend, if you struggle with seasonal depression, that you do some research on red light therapy and give this a try. You could spend a lot more money, but from what I've read, this one checks all the boxes and I am seeing results! 5 stars!

This is absolutely a game changer for broke out skin and fine lines. The red light is actually soothing but so relaxing at the same time. You actually see results and in a timely manner. The mask is comfortable fitting and easy to use timer. I'm excited for how amazing my skin will look here in a few short weeks with how well it already looks. I don't think my skin has looked this shiny and cleared up in a very long time. Definitely worth the value for sure.
