Good product could have a better customization
The product is good and support the neck well. I have not been able to find it good support for the back adn sometimes feel it is more discomfortable to have for the back, however, for neck it is good. Need to adjust its position everytime though, so it is on the neck.

Oversized product
It's size is not appropriate, cushion is good and thickness at back is high hence neck support is lacking , adjustability is okay but didn't fit properly.

Overprice and different from image
Product is different from the image doesnt have the blue lining and doesnt have memory foam. Its having normal foam and the quality doesnt feel top notch. Doesnt justify the price.
