Does this really work on cats? I've tried "scat mats" in my garden, and a cat still poops in my yard -- right on top of the mat! Thanks!

Not working in my yard for cats, we have 4 stray cats that come over and lounge around our house and I see where someone recommends getting two but the cats lay right next it, I’m glad I could over them some extra light and noise to make their stay more comfortable
