I bought this item in May 2025. I liked this product both design and built - quality wise. Unexpectedly, it stopped working one day. I reported the issue to the customer support team. The support rep promptly responded to my issue and guided me for the replacement.. She provided updates of whole replacement process every now and then until I recieved the new one..I'm happy with product and support offered by the Agaro. It's worth for the price.

The item is of good quality and works as expected. Easy to use, durable, and looks nice as well. Delivery was on time and packaging was safe. Overall, a satisfying purchase and value for money.

The product is very good.value for money.except the glass container.this should be of some other material.because the glass can break easily.

I initially purchased the Agaro Portable Blender for its convenience and compact design, and it worked great for a while. It was easy to use, powerful enough for smoothies and shakes, and perfect for quick blending on the go. However, after some time, it suddenly stopped working.Thankfully, the customer support experience made up for the issue. Anusmita from the Agaro support team was extremely helpful and professional. She quickly understood the problem and guided me through the replacement process without any hassle. Thanks to her prompt assistance, I received a replacement unit smoothly.

Review after 1 year 4 months - It is an excellent blender . You can even blend nuts , seeds and fruits in it . Amazing for making indian curries . But sadly after a year the motor broke down and the warranty period is over. Exactly after 1 year the blender stopped working . It could have been a little more sturdy for a longer life. Five stars for blending. 2 stars for durability.
