I love the step and I use it every day. Set up a simple and quick and it operates well. I put mine behind a high back chair so that I can lean on something with my hands because my balance is not 100%. I don’t care for the elastic bands oh and the unit is very sturdy.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this product when I purchased it, but it has been a good little workout stepper. I usually use it for about 10 minutes at a time a couple times a day, 3-4 days out of the week. You definitely feel it in your legs and if you are out of shape like I was when I first started using it, you will also feel a little winded at the end. I don't think I have lost a considerable amount of weight by using it, but it gets me moving and also helps add some cardio to my daily routine. Is it going to give the same effects as running on a treadmill or doing the elliptical or Stairmaster? No, it is not. But it is not supposed to. This is a great little stepper for someone like me who finds it hard to make it to the gym on a daily basis and also works from home and wants something to go move around on a couple times a day or to get a little workout on in the evenings while watching TV. It is most definitely worth purchasing!

This little machine is quite a beauty. It looks exactly like the picture . It can be adjusted for a more rigorous workout but either way when I get on it, I can feel the burn within a few minutes. Great for thigh and leg muscles I guess. Very small so it's convenient to put away although it is a little heavy. I am using it to improve my cardiovascular health.

I was skeptical about this stepper. But, I jumped in and went ahead and purchased it. I'm a bigger person, and this stepper is sturdy under my weight. No squeaks, sqeals, or bangs.I use it 3x daily for 30 mins per go.It has a calorie counter. Step counter, and milage 'walked' on the little display. The display would be more beneficial if it was backlit, it's hard to see.It takes up minimal space, I have it sat in a little nook in my living room, where I can just up and go in it.Easy to set up. The design is quite great.You can feel it when you walk on this stepper. Even at the lowest tension, I feel the burn in my calves.I have not used it with the straps yet. I'm balanced challenged, so I'm trying to work on my balance before I throw myself into a tizzy by adding straps too. But, they seem to be strong and durable. Well made.A decent buy if you're wanting a stepper. I can't remember the weight limit, but it works perfectly (for me) up to a weight of 300.10/10

I am so glad to have found this stepper. It is portable which allows for easy storage. It is light enough to be able to move it where you want to use it and heavy enough to make it durable for how much you want to use it. It's very sturdy, it does not make alot of noise, and you can even work out your upper body with the bands along with the step function. I had 2 knee surgeries and a hip replacement and this device is not harsh on my joints. Love this stepper.

Pretty good stepper! I was pretty heavy when I bought this in May 2024, and weigh less now, but still over 300lbs. This is relevant because I have consistently used my stepper since purchasing and just now, the stepper broke lol. I was very surprised since it had been working perfectly up until this week when i finaly tried to heighten the resistance. I already had the stepper at a very high resistance just due to my body weight. Not sure what happened but there was a huge plasticky cracking sound and then...yeah the stepper just stopped working LOL. Such a shame since I really loved this product!

Great quality. Assembled easily. Very sturdy. Durable. Very quiet, hardly any noise. Functionality 10/10. I did 1000 steps and felt the burn, and I’m in the gym daily. It adjusts easily. Is compact. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone building a home gym.
