There has to be a better way than taking 4 capsules
I haven't been taking these for long, but I am turned off by the serving size of 4 capsules... it's a lot to take all at once. And keep in mind that with that serving size, the 120 capsules is only a 30-day supply.They go down easily and have no aftertaste that I noticed, which is good. It's too early for me to tell if they work, but I plan to update my review after some time has past. I feel optimistic, though... collagen has proven a helpful supplement for me in the past, and I sure do feel like I am taking a LOT of it swallowing 4 pills.Prior to ordering these, I had been taking a biotin + collagen gummy supplement. A month's supply was about the same cost, but the serving size was less off-putting at 2/day, plus they were delicious gummies. I looked forward to taking them so much, I never missed a day. But with these Herbalicious Collagen Peptide capsules, I don't exactly get excited at the thought of swallowing down 4 of them all at once, so I have nearly missed taking them some days. They also don't have biotin, so I need to find that to supplement separately... meaning YET MORE pills. Ugh.

Seems to be helping!
I’m 64 and refuse to grow old! Ive read a lot of information regarding this collagen supplement and thought I’d give it a try. I also take glucosamine and MSM-I haven’t seen a big change in my skin as of yet but I’ve only been taking this supplement since October 16th so it’s been less than a month I will reorder soon and write more later But so far so good!
