Would these insoles help arthritic flat feet with bunions?

The ORANGE would not be a good choice for flat feet. Check out our CARBON, COPPER, BLACK, and ADAPT RUN insoles for flat feet or low profile. The amount of room you have in your shoes can help you decide on which ones to go with. The CARBON and BLACK take up less volume in your shoes if they are on the snug side and the COPPER requires a roomier fit. The ADAPT RUN is a medium profile and will fit in most footwear and I think might be a good insole for sore feet. When looking for a remedy or treatment for a specific pain or medical condition, I always recommend consulting a physician or podiatrist since they will best understand the individuals needs.

Which color should my son use for severs(heal pain) and pronation?

I purchased the orange superfeet due to high arches and tendency for peroneal tendonitis. I wear in my Keen hiking boots and deep foot bed street shoes. These orange superfeet are a tad thicker than the other colors so you need a roomy toe box and deep heel in your shoe for them to fit. They are trimable to fit. They have extra cushioning and have worked well to cushion my heel and the ball of my foot.
