Why I bought this set - menopause has really messed with me! My hair has been thinning and I keep finding hair in the tub. I have been searching for something to help reduce shedding and regrow hair, but wanted to avoid chemical hair regrowth products.How I use it - my hair is mid back and wavy/curly. I use about a teaspoon and a half of both the shampoo and conditioner. I wash my hair and leave on for several minutes then rinse and apply the conditioner and leave on for several minutes. Before rinsing the conditioner, I use a wide tooth comb to get rid of any tangles.What I like - Both the shampoo and conditioner smell great! Shampoo seems to reduce tangles and lathers fairly well. Conditioner is amazing and definitely makes it easy to comb through my hair. I really like the fact that not much product is needed. With other conditioners, I would need to use twice the amount of conditioner compared to the shampoo and it was not easy to remove tangles before rinsing. I have used this set for a few days now and noticed I am not finding as much hair in the tub. My hair smells good and my curls seem to be more defined and manageable.Cons- it’s pricey and the bottles are smallFinal thoughts- I will definitely be ordering again!! Shampoo is great, just a drop goes a long way. It feels really good. My hair feels different already.

The only thing I would change is the bottle. It is too big around for small hands to manage in the shower. I would recommend a taller bottle that holds the same amount, and add a siphon straw. These have a bottle you have to remove to get the liquid out. This is awkward in the shower and could easily cause breakage or slippery spills in the shower.The Shampoo and Conditioner work well, and smell great! I do recommend it. I will start saving my sypgin pumps for future use.

This product smells amazing and leaves my hair feeling soft even before conditioning. It lathers well and has helped my dry scalp after just 5 uses. It’s paraben and sulfate free making this an easy choice to purchase again!

After 3 months of use my friends have noticed my hair is thicker and smoother than ever before!
