It seems to work fine. I can’t tell quite yet if it has helped my sleep but I know it has good benefits and will keep using as needed. I dont like the drying feeling when I use on the bottom of my feet and on my hands after applying. I have applied it under my armpits which I don’t notice any odor afterwards from sweating. It did cause some itchiness under my arms though. There is no scent and spray nozzle works well. This will last me some time.

My husband and I have an 8 year old and then out of the blue we decided we were going to have another baby. I mean the first one was a breeze, she ate well, she slept well, she cuddled with us, an absolute dream, so when 8 years later at the old age of 37 i found myself pregnant with another one I said, piece of cake... except the second is an actual terrorist who does not eat well, does not cuddle, opens all the drawers, punches, bites and kicks and most definitely does not sleep well... on a desperate attempt to help my husband sleep at least a few hours per night I bought this magnesium spray... needless to say he did not read the instructions and was basically spraying it everywhere, not only was he sleeping at night, he was also nodding off during the day, as the helpful wife I am I finally read the instructions and advised him he should only do two sprays per foot, massage into the skin and let it do its magic... so basically it WORKS, he loves it, buy it, he's finally sleeping through the night

I do think this product works. I went through two nights of intense hamstring and lower leg cramps despite not being dehydrated. I sprayed this on my feet, lower legs, quads and hamstrings. I had a comfortable night with zero cramps! However, I added some essential oils to make this have a pleasant smell and I also find the formulation sticky. I bothers me on my hands and feet but considering how it works I’ll live with that.

Using my third bottle. It really helps calming nerves down . I rub it into the soles of my feet 15 minutes before sleeping. Absolutely amazing, I am one of those who does not like to review for the heck of it . Hope I’ve helped

I just received my spray and put it on my feet and my elbows and my hands and the bottle nozzle was leaking because it had fell over and I didn't realize it so to me that's the only downfall to this problem they need to have a better spray nozzles than some cheap ones that I've seen some more reviews about the nozzles thanks hope this helps anybody else just a heads up
