Works very well for me
I’ve been taking Amazon elements Biotin for many months. This is a vitamin B7, has many qualities. I have noticed that my hair grows very quickly. It does nothing for my nails. I have noticed that my skin feels a little bit quicker from scrape scratches or bruises while using this product. It is a good product for me, but it may not work for everyone. I have this on auto order and take it every day.

Taken them for over a month so far
To be honest, I’m not sure if there’s much of a difference yet but I know it takes about a month to see some change. I can say that my breakouts during my menstrual hasn't lasted as long and since I’m clumsy and usually break my nails, my nails haven’t broken off as much. Can’t attest to my hair as of yet, since it’s naturally thick. Love that the pills are really small and easy to take.

Noticing baby hair growth is actually staying instead of falling out. Been using for 4 weeks. I take WITH FOOD in my stomach! I stopped taking anything on an empty stomach to stop the upset stomach. Noticing nails are stronger. Don’t see skin improvement yet.
