The directions are to take one pill three times daily but I opted to take one pill twice a day. They are rather large but go down easily and don't have any unpleasant smell or aftertaste so I was pleased thus far. I wanted to write a review three days after I began taking these because I was amazed at their effect but I decided to wait longer just to make sure what I was experiencing wasn't a fluke. All I can say is... wow! I've been taking these for almost a month now and I'm still so impressed with the completely unexpected results. For two years, I've been suffering from joint and nerve pain in my shoulders and, as a result, sometimes in my upper arms. The pain began after a really bad pinched nerve in my neck (caused by my workstation setup) started affecting my shoulders and arms. The pain was so chronic and intense that it brought me to tears and it would often radiate all the way to my fingers, causing numbness and limiting my range of motion. Over time, the intensity of the pain lessened, thanks to muscle relaxants, chiropractic care and regular massage therapy. However, I was still left with discomfort in my shoulders that would occur when I would bend a certain way or when I would sleep on my side. Furthermore, I can eliminate the possibility of a placebo effect because I never took these for my nerve pain to begin with. I obviously can't say that these will have the same effect for others as they've had for me but I am completely sold on these supplements!
