Not missing the CARBS!
So.... after doing keto for the last few years, I have moved to low carb... every now and then I allow myself to have a treat... but I don't like to break the bank with carbs. I've always kept my eye open for a good low carb pasta... this caught my eye.One of my very best favorite soups is a combo of Chinese egg drop soup and Chinese chicken noodle soup.... so.... I got myself a small egg drop and proceeded to make some chicken to broth .... I cooked a serving of spaghetti and kept it warm in it's cooking water.Took an equal amount of broth to egg drop, heated them together and chopped the chicken thigh... added it in and when everything was hot, tossed in the spaghetti - my intention was to just use 1/2 portion, but was so excited I tossed the entire portion in and proceeded to eat... only thing I forgot, was the top of a green onion to garnish with... it was worth EVERY ONE OF THOSE 17 grams of carbs! I honestly could not tell that this was not full carb pasta with it's big carb count of 41 grams!!!BRAVO!Worth the price... well worth a splurge for me! My tastebuds are HAPPY!

Getting close to the real thing...
Like many diabetics, I am always looking for the next big low-carb food, Most are disappointing but this brand has a good formula for pasta products. It needs to be cooked properly and by that, I mean it requires longer cook time than ordinary pasta. I recommend frequent tasting while cooking to ensure the desired doneness. This pasta does not do al-dente well so that is the downside but if cooked soft it comes close to the taste and mouthfeel of normal pasta.

A healthier pasta that tastes like the original
The high price per oz and that there’s only about 1/2 the number of them as what is commonly in a box of pasta, makes me mad. Still, I’ll buy again. Pasta is my favorite and this high fiber version tastes that good. It comes close to tasting exactly like the original; the only difference I notice is a slightly less chewy texture, almost as if it’s gluten-free (but it’s not).

Omg buy it!!
Half the calories of pasta and it tastes EXACTLY THE SAME! I was really surprised at the quality, it's a high price point but for a girl trying to lose weight who can eat a whole pot of spaghetti it's perfect!

Superior Ramen Noodle Bowl Substitute
This is the best low carb pasta I have found. It does have to be cooked longer than traditional pasta to get to an al’dente texture. The texture and flavor are absolutely wonderful I use this as a substitute for noodle bowls. The Immi are lower in carbs per serving so I will continue to use them but the texture, mouthfeel, and flavor of this pasta is leaps and bounds better. The flavor packets with other Ramen are nice when in a hurry, but making one’s own flavoring for noodle bowls is much more flavorful and diverse in what can be done and surprisingly easy. Many videos available for different versions of noodle bowls that cost much less than the restaurant version at much less cost. I was expecting to be somewhat letdown compared to traditional pasta but I find it far superior.

Counting calories?
I eliminated pasta from my diet but recently have been using this spaghetti as a once in a while treat. I don’t feel guilty because it is much lower in calories than regular pasta. The texture is slightly different, a little more firm, but tastes just like regular pasta. Expensive, but most specialty food is.
