Great value for the money. Very comfortable, waterproof, easy to wear. Ideal for work but nice enough to dress up or down making them a versatile wardrobe essential. Excellent arch support.

These boots are tough, but also comfortable. I'm a truck mechanic and put these things through hell every day laying under trucks or kneeling while dragging my boots on concrete at every conceivable angle for well over a year now with no holes or split seams. I will buy these again for sure.....

Wore them for mainly warehouse work around heavy reels of wire so the safety toe was needed. They kind of hurt before they broke in but after that they were comfortable, heavier than most boots I've had. The toe separated from the sole after about 5-6 months on both boots. Would have liked them to last longer than they did but they saved my toes a few times so I appreciate them.

I love the durability of these boots and they are real comfortable as well great in indoor or outdoor conditions rain or shine!!

I really love this boot! I work on roofs installing solar and it has great grip! I will say at certain tilts the boot rubs my ankles and its uncomfortable but it never hurts. I've worn it for about two weeks now and I haven't found any cons to it for what I do. And it also only took a day for me to break them in.What was really cool was on a customer's house they had a little frost on their roof, and I didn't realize it until I looked back to see my coworkers slipping and ending up going on their hands and knees, to climb up to the ridge where I was already at. So in snow or at least on frost. You can walk perfectly fine without slipping.I only plan on wearing these through the winter, since vans or converse aren't water proof and won't keep my feet warm when I'm working in the cold or snow.So far these boots haven't failed me yet and are perfect!

These steel toed boots were ready to wear right out of the box! I didn't have time to break them in, and I literally took them out of the box, put on some boot socks and went to work. On my feet for 12 hours each day, these fit like a glove, didn't bind and my feet felt great ALL Day! I am amazed that they didn't need to be worn in, and I suspect they'll just get better with each day I wear them. Highly recommended.

I have used this model for about 15 years, I thought this was a good deal so I got them, when received the first thing I noticed was the bottom pattern that is different from the original shoes I get from Academy, they are supposed be water resistant but the bottom broke and water gets inside and I work with my feet always wet, the are breaking from everywhere now.
