Not had any problems with this machine. It has worked perfectly with any Nespresso compatible capsules that I have used, from many different suppliers, and I can't fault it.It is a nice size and fits on the kitchen counter exactly where I wanted it to and is really easy to use, almost plug and play simple!The only slight grips is that, when emptying the old capsules, the container can be a bit fiddly but that is really minor.Overall, a great machine, at a great price.

Not a fan of Philips products but I bought this on a black Friday deal and I really love this machine, it makes a really decent coffee and takes all Nespresso compatible capsules. It has three button functions from ristretto to lungo. Easy to use, clean and maintain. Tells you when you need to do a descale and if you need to refill water. You have to download and print off the FULL instructions which seems to be the norm these days, ok for people with smart phones/pcs and printers, but not great for those without. Being Philips made it probably won't last that long as their products I have ever had just aren't made to last, but I would have no hesitation on buying another one of these when it does decide to give up the ghost.

Love this coffee machine! Use it everyday, lovely colour, looks great on the kitchen side, you get a free sample of coffee pods with it, holds a good amount of water, good value for money, have had no issues with it. Only thing id say is i should have ordered direct from their website as you get more coffee pods included for the same price

was looking for a Nespresso compatible coffee machine to replace my old Dolce Gusto this is great, not used the dual function just yet but will do, comes with a sample selection of pods to use, sadly the only place as far as I know to buy the XL pods is online, but no matter, looks good, makes a decent coffee, Love it

Great machine, have been using this for a year now. Got it on a deal for £79.99.. so even better. I was not paying £179.99 so waited. Use it every day and it is still as good as new. My only critique is the milk frother, I dropped it once and it snapped and I had to superglue it back together lol.. it is pretty flimsy so be careful.

It's quite impressive. Good quality and stylish. Spouse thinks it's better than our delongi bean to cup.

As per other reviews after about 5 weeks of light use (3 or 4 coffees a day) the machine started to act temperamentally. On pushing the button to make a drink the machine makes the usual noise but no coffee appears and the button you pressed starts flashing quickly, indicating a malfunction. Once it started happening it became more frequent and on each occasion it wastes a pod. I checked the one/two star reviews here, discovered that it was a known issue and contacted Amazon for a refund. Despite it technically being out of the return window they obliged - so 5 stars to Amazon customer services. But no way was I going down the repair route with Phillips for a £100 machine. Life is too short. Really disappointed as when it worked the coffee was nice. Anyone want £60 worth of pods that only fit L’Or machines…? 😔
