I started using this supplement after ending using testosterone cream. I like it. I can tell a difference in hot flashes and mood support. I do take it per directions, 3 times a day. I think it is helping my sleeping at night as well.

I’ve only been taking this supplement for a few weeks. I’m still having hot flashes and moments of feeling like I’m going nuts, however, these things have decreased in frequency. I’ve read where some women have seen a difference quickly and others it has taken longer. I’m thinking by the time I complete a month’s supply the hot flashes and other craziness will have subsided.

I took one bottle and felt they were helping some. Then I stopped. I have done this twice now and realized......Whoa.Each time I went off them, Thats when I realized how much they were helping me. I really was sleeping better and it did not affect my moods but it did help with the night sweating which, in turn, helped me sleep and probably made me less crabby. I just ordered 2 more bottles. It did not work right away, it takes a few weeks to kick in and also, I tried to make them go farther and only took 2. I noticed a difference. Take 3 every single night, as the directions say. After reading multiple reviews about how long it takes to work, I'd say it works immediately and takes awhile. Sleep and and anxiety improved quickly, but did not resolve. It was still bothersome but started to feel some relief. The longer I take it, the more improvement I see. I have a history of anxiety and depression and thought everything going on was a result of my body no longer responding to the meds I had used for years. Wrong! The increase in anxiety was due to perimenopause that resulted in a drop in estrogen which, in turn, increases cortisol. The formulation in the is supplement addresses all of the root causes of what's going on in the body so that it can ease how those changes manifest for you. BTW, if you research 'does anxiety increase with menopause?' you get very dismissive commentary unless you're on a menopause forum. It DOES increase anxiety and there is a biological reason for it. I will be continue with this supplement for as long as needed and it works. I will also be adding accupuncture. Menopause sucks but can be managed. Good luck!

I am in peri-menopause. The occasional hot flashes during the day and night sweats was awful!! I've been taking these for a little over a week (one in the morning and one before bed). I am seeing BIG improvement!! I'm not waking in the middle of the night HOT!

Y'all gotta understand... I'm 46... My thought was that you don't even start with menopause till 55+..... WRONG!!!!! I went to my ob/gyn on 06/03 she told me it could be pre menopause (what!?!?!) had blood drawn to check hormone levels and ordered this supplement... Friday 06/04 I received this and I was called to tell me I've started pre menopause!!! 😭😩 Ok.. I've been feeling tired and worn out... Hot flashes galore too include night sweats! I honestly thought it was just too friggin hot here in AZ.... Welp! Last night 06/10/2021 I slept like a baby!!!! I just got this Friday 06/04!!! I thought... It's gonna take forever for it to take effect! No! I've been taking 3 every night... I slept 9 full hours! I feel rested! I didn't wake up all sweaty and wanting to bring down the a/c to like 50 to freeze my husband and son.... Ladies! The price, you honestly can't beat it! I truly do hope that this continues working for me and anyone else taking the supplement! I had been feeling so hopeless and sad about the whole situation...
