It's not rocket science. They're friggin pillows. Apparently some of the reviewers have never purchased a bedding-item in their lives.These show up in a vacuum sealed bag side by side so at first glance you might think they accidently sent you a normal pillow but if you open up the bag instead of immediately returning it, you'd see that it is the correct item.They're also going to be pretty flat at first since they were in the vacuumed bag but if you spend literally 30 seconds fluffing them up and then let them sit for a couple days, they get pretty fluffy and decently firm.If you measure these 2 seconds after taking them out of the bag, they're going to be smaller than 18x18 but if you just be patient and let them setup for awhile, you'll notice they completely fill up an 18x18 absolutely perfectly.I can't believe I had to write a review this long about stupid pillows but some of the people leaving negative reviews have disappointed me beyond what I thought was possible and I sadly felt like this was necessary.

The reviews saying the pillows are super flat and do not puff up over time are true. I was super disappointed when they did not fluff up after being taken out of the airtight bag. I figured it would not hurt to try and fluff them up myself since I would just return them if they stayed flat. WELL, they fluffed up A LOT and here's how: I grabbed them by the corners and shook them super hard. Literally shake them from every corner like it owes you money. This allowed the filling to redistribute towards the center instead of being evenly flat all the way across and it also allows the fluff to get broken up and for air to fill in between it so that they're nice and poofy. Then, for good measure I hit it from the sides, the top, the bottom, the middle, everywhere. By the time I was done essentially attacking these pillows, they are SUPER fluffy and almost too big for the pillow covers I bought. All in all, these ended up being a really good deal and they do get quite big. 100% would recommend, plus fluffing them up was a pretty good workout.

Please beware. At first I thought I had been delivered the wrong item. First impressions were a flat packed mat type pillow. I honestly believed this to be the wrong item and was set to return it. 24 hours later I took a look on my orders to check what my order should have looked like and a short video revealed that I had indeed actually been delivered the correct items. Anyway after this revelation I broke the vacuum packed seal and recovered after abit of shaking and fluffing 2 wonderfully structured cushions that now hold pride and place on my bed. Very comfy and excellent quality. Would highly recommend for wherever you may need a cushion.

I was looking for pillows to my living room, which will give more support than that flat, useless ones which I call "paper pillows". It is much thicker (I attached a comparative photo) and gives good support while sitting or laying down. I also like the material, it's not like that cheap net cushions.I wouldn't use it for my night sleeps as a pillow under my head personally, but it's perfect to make your chill nights comfy. I'm pregnant, and I also use it between my legs and as a back support at nights and makes a difference in my sleep.It fluffed up quickly, less than 24h. I just fluffed them up a little after I unpacked them (as it is in the instructions in the amazon page). Also left it on the (british January) sun during the day - not sure it helped the process at all.First I ordered 1 pair (2 pillows) as I planned to make sitting more comfy, but I liked these pillows sooo much that I ordered another pair not long after.I would recommend it, as it is better than most pillows you can buy.I hope you found my review helpful.

These seem to be very quality pillows for the price - time will tell but they are well made, filled, and don't lump up immediately like others I have had. Soft and full and very comfy for on the couch.I would like to say for anyone else that is very sensitive to fragrances and manufacturing/chemical smells that there is an odour at first. I had asked and was reassured by multiple people that they didn't smell but they definitely do! The tag even says "air well before use". I fluffed them up as instructed and let them sit out for 24 hours, uncovered, and the smell went away, so all is well.
