The benefits of an expensive vitamin at a drugstore price. This is my favorite multivitamin I’ve ever purchased. They are easy to swallow, easy on the stomach, and don’t leave a lingering taste after. There is a slight smell but to say it’s horrible or not worth buying the product over is very dramatic. I’m on metformin and I can tell you these are nothing in comparison. They remind me of the smell of Flinstone’s chewables. Lol.The major selling point is the bio available forms of supplements in this multi. It works really well for hair and nail growth as well as low iron and fatigue.
