The media could not be loaded. I got it and I charged it then it died straight away now the next day I turn it on and it does this the lights no longer come on not sure what to do it’s definitely faulty

I have tried on numerous times to get a postage label to send this item back so far after several requests I still haven’t received one so how do I send it back?

I received this as a Christmas present. As stated no instructions in box, but you don’t need them. Put it on your face, press the symbol on forehead and it’s working. You don’t need to add the straps (Velcro attachments), just lie down and put it on your face. This product page tells you what colour to use, ie I use green as it helps with anti aging. Press symbol til you get the colour you went (7 colours to pick from). Only used it 3 times so far, so don’t know if it works long term but I can already see a tightening of my skin.
