Heinz India Relish 10oz Glass Jar (Pack of 3)

This product is excellent. I’ve purchased it on Amazon several times because I can’t find it in stores. Now I see it’s out of stock. I hope this is only temporary

This is MUCH BETTER than any sweet pickle relish that can be bought at the grocery store!Back in the early 1970's I was a student at the University of TN - Martin; I got 'hooked' on the delicious chicken salad from the snack bar!When I married, I began trying to 'recreate' that same wonderful chicken salad from the snack bar. I tried every type of pickle relish and sweet pickle on the market; it just wasn't the same!Fast forward to my purchase of Heinz India Relish - Eureka! I'd found it! This India Relish is the ingredient that makes chicken salad the hit of the meal!What does it taste like? It's sweet, but it's NOT like sweet pickle relish. There's no cinnamon taste in it, there's no dill taste, there's no onion taste. It's just good, and that's all that matters!

I grew up using Heinz India Relish instead of sweet or dill relish. I can no longer find it in the stores in my area, so I have been ordering it for 10+ years. I It's not spicy although the name may seem like it would be. To me, it's just a cleaner pickle taste.

I’m afraid this India relish is discontinued. We prefer it and were glad to get it from Amazon.

This is the second time I've ordered the three jars of Heinz India Relish. Can't find them anywhere locally. I rewrote my review. I did only pay $10 for the relish. I would never have paid $27 when I saw it advertised. The relish came packed so securely that I was so impressed that I had to change my review and give praise to the vendor. I was sick to see how some customers received the relish and I was worried about my shipment. I am completely satisfied. I've been eating this relish since the 60's. Only kind mom.would buy. Thx!

I don't know why this relish is so hard to find. It makes the best potato salad, tuna, chicken, and any other salad needing relish.

first order was lost so got credit. reordered and received the second order. Price was high for only 3 jars.. Product is hard to find.

Very similar to Mt. Olive's which is harder to find.
