Buy at your own risk
I was using boult audio headphones from past 4 years, no doubt the products are great but now the after service makes it fail. I just received the product from Amazon & when I open the box, I found out the seal was already opened, inside the neckband is placed like someone has already used them, earpiece has strange smell & some dust too. 3 days before I ordered this for my friend and that one was a fresh new piece. When I go for replacement the amazon support does not help, manufacturers contact details are worthless, call not connecting, they do not have email support instead an automated whatsapp with limited chatbot. Worst thing is for warranty or replacement we have to send the product to them by courier. After all this, i will not recommend anyone to buy this.

Fine, okay type product
It's an okay type product, I've a big complain with the built quality. I saw a product full black, but what I received with off white wire. Neck rest frame could have been better and soft, while using with a round neck t-shirt, it irritates a lot, literally feels like wearing a hard plastic band. That was not expected from a 1k priced product, but I bought it for 699. Stil it deserves quality. I bought after watching long reviews from best gadget reviewers, hope they are been paid to do so.

It has a hidden gaming mode.
I'm writing this review after one year of purchase and use. I got at a price of 799/-I am overly satisfied with this purchase, with absolutely no complaints.1. The sound quality is very good in this price point (don't compare this to some 3000 rupees headphone).2. battery life of this particular earphone is overwhelming, it takes only about 15 minutes to charge it fully, then it gives me a backup of more then 4-5 days (i use it for long time, to listen to music and to watch YT videos).3.The Bluetooth range is also good.4. It has a feature of multiple device connection. It gets connected with both my laptop and mobile at the same time, but it can play from only one source at a time (i.e. if i start playing music on my phone then the video that i am playing on my laptop gets muted automatically). but the earphone doesn't disconnect.*** Most Important***Boult has forgot to mention that it has a hidden GAMING MODE where you get a low latency connection, you just have to press the middle button of the earpiece 4 times in a row to switch between gaming and music mode. Try it gamers 😉😉
