4.5 stars — have strongly recommended this to friends & familyThese are a great source of power for traveling (or, as happens too often these days, during an outage). They are small and light enough to fit in a purse or briefcase, too.I've used it to power phone & tablet, and, during a recent heat wave, a USB-fan (to help circulate colder air). It has worked great and lasted as long as expected. Recharge has been similarly smooth.I was looking for an alternative to some of the popular brand names that have become less reliable (or utilize security/privacy practices for their other products) and came across VeekTOMX from someone who tested a ton of "bricks", using them to charge devices and measuring their stats with appropriate meters. This one scored near the top on performance, despite its low price & tiny size.The reason I've dropped half a star: the USB-C port sometimes ends up being too loose. It appears to be a defect in the manufacturing of the plastic, rather than the electronics. VEEKTOMX or Amazon will replace it with a new one, should that happen to you.So, even if you do not plan to use it right away: take it out of the packaging immediately to double-check the ports. Make sure you aren't one of the unlucky 5% *before* the end of the "free return" period.

This my favorite battery pack. I initially got it to power my Ororo heated vest. Recently took it on a 2 week vacation and used it to charge my phone. This is now my go to battery pack for my phone.With the vest: it’s great: 2x the capacity of the oem battery at about half the size and weight. You have to fiddle with it sometimes to get the vest to recognize it. Small hassle to pay for the added capacity. I do notice the vest gets hotter with this pack than the oem. AND NOTE it does require an extra adapter to use wit the vest.With the phone: iPhone 13. This easily charges my phone twice. I like that the phone and battery pack stay cooler than when using the magnetic “wireless charging “ battery packs.My usual is a 5000mah quick charge battery pack. It’s good for an about 1 complete charge. This one drops to about 65% after a full charge. So I think I could charge up fully a second time.This thing is compact and light. Does the job and keeps things cool. Totally recommend.

These things are amazing. So light, small, and smooth in your pocket. I love that it can charge on the micro-b and/or the USB C. since its PowerDock (PD) output, you can power things for days off this. We put one on a small drone, and powered some wireless equipment without any trouble.Two disappointments: 1/ its tricky in low light to find/differntiate between the micro-b and the USB-C port, if you're trying to plug in the charger. 2/ I was hoping that this would allowa PD output to be running devices in a vehicle, but not "glitch" (drop power)during vehicle ignition cranking, while charging is being supplied via micro-B; unfortunately it doesn't work.when the input voltage (micro-B) goes up/down/up, the PD output is turned off/on. Sadly. Fingers crossed they fix in a new firmware update.Most people will not care about issue#2, but the issue #1 is something to think about, if you don't really have a need for any micro-b left in your life, you might pick a device that only has USB-C PD ports instead.

small and lightweight which is perfect to fit into any purse or pocket! i’ve been lugging around huge heavy portable chargers for the longest time and finally found one that’s not a pain to take on the go. it charges fairly fast and i feel like i get a good amount of full phone charges if its fully charged! nice & simple design and easy to use.

I had to try another brand to recognize how great this Veektomx truly is. At 10,000 mah, it powers my Samsung 2.5 - 3x. It's heavy, but overall dimensions are COMPACT & smaller than my phone, so very easy to charge while "on the go". The digital readout tells me exactly how much power is left. I can guesstimate how long to charge pretty accurately [1.5 minutes / each % point; e.g., 30% power means charging 70% x 1.5 = 105 minutes, or about 1 hour & 45 minutes]. Had my 1st one about 3 years & it still works great, even though it looks grimy & scratched. I changed jobs & use my phone a lot more, so wanted a backup power bank to keep in my work area.I got a 20000mah, but it only charged my phone 3x, plus it was >1" larger than my phone in height & width; didn't fit in most pockets & when it did fit, it really weighed down that side of my clothes; not acceptable at work.. Also, didn't show power level with numbers -- the case had 4 holes with tiny light bulbs inside. Hard to tell: are 3 lights on? or 2 but their light is reflecting out the 3rd hole? Felt like it took a long time to charge, but I didn't know how much power was there at the beginning of charge.As I wrote above, it took an inferior product to recognize how smartly designed & well made the Veektomx is. If they ever need replacing [which I don't anticipate for decades], I'll be looking for Veektomx again.
