Before this product I was taking Optimum Nutrition's BCAA's. I noticed an improvement in recovery time and staying anabolic with the BCAA's, I notice it even more with this product. I will not go back to BCAA's. I feel faster recovery time, and have seen an increase in muscle size. I think these actually help more with feeding the muscles the nutrients they need to repair and grow.On workout days I have a protein shake in the morning (50g+ protein and other ingredients). I will take around 4 tablets before bed.On non-workout days I tend to take 2 tablets in morning before I eat, especially if I want to stay in a semi-fasted state for leaner gains.My only complaint: tablets are huge! I can and will only take one at a time. Make sure to drink plenty of water, it helps you swallow it, helps you not feel dehydrated when waking up, and helps break down the tablet for better use by the body.

Good quality amino acid product. However, it is derived from whey, which I didn't realize until I started having allergy issues with it. I have a mild allergy to dairy, and after about a week of using this stuff, the allergies started to manifest. It wasn't until then that I noticed the tiny print on the label that said that its derived from way. So, if you have no issues with dairy, this is decent stuff. It definitely helped a bit in my workouts and recovery.

I really love these amino's. I always take them post workout and sometimes at work between meals but I never take the full dosage. Always two pills at a time. Usually take 4 pills in a day. I've been taking these for year and really love them. Also the price is great on it. They've helped me with my recovery from my workouts and also my performance at the gym. Helped me get also a little more toned. Anything small helps!
